About the Role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping / Room Attendant / Cleaning Staff to join our dedicated team at St George's Defence Holiday Suites. This part-time position is crucial for ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public areas.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking supplies.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in public areas such as lobbies, pool, and restrooms.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to supervisors.
  • Support the team with additional housekeeping tasks as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and a warm welcome to our guests.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, room attendant, or cleaning roles, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Friendly demeanor with a customer-focused approach and teamwork skills.
  • Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role.
