Job Description

Regional Marketing Manager | Minor Hotels | Based in Brisbane

Are you a bold, creative marketing pro who dreams of blending strategy with storytelling all while working across some of Australia's most breathtaking destinations?

At Minor Hotels, we're a global hospitality group with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences through thoughtful, results-driven marketing. We're looking for a skilled and strategic Regional Marketing Manager to join our central marketing team in Brisbane and lead the local marketing efforts for three of our key resort properties.

You'll lead the marketing charge for three spectacular properties in our portfolio:

  • Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort – vineyard views and rolling green fairways in the Hunter Valley
  • Elysia Wellness Retreat – a sanctuary for health, healing, and holistic luxury
  • Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort – your alpine basecamp for snowy escapes and adventure

Your Mission:

  • Creative, strategic marketing plans tailored to each destination
  • PR, advertising, and social media campaigns that get people talking
  • Eye-catching content and digital assets that capture imaginations and drive bookings
  • Smart, high-impact partnerships with brands and tourism boards
  • Multi-channel campaign execution across Australia & New Zealand
  • Continuous analysis, reporting, and optimisation always improving, always innovating
  • Strong relationships with internal teams and external creatives
Qualifications
  • A degree in Marketing, Comms, or Advertising
  • At least 2 years in a regional/local area marketing role with real impact
  • An instinct for campaign strategy, storytelling, and performance tracking
  • Time management and thrive in a fast-paced space
  • A natural connector building strong relationships comes easy to you
