Motorserve is on the lookout for a Production Manager to lead our talented Townsville team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee the complete repair lifecycle from booking to vehicle delivery.
  • Ensure all repairs meet internal quality benchmarks and external safety standards.
  • Allocate jobs based on technician skillsets, shop capacity, and priority levels.
  • Supervise, coach, and support onsite production staff.
  • Liaise with customers to provide repair updates and resolve any service related issues.

What You Will Need to Bring

  • Trade qualified Panel Beater and/or Spray Painter with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
  • A natural leader who can coach, mentor, and motivate teams.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a knack for getting things done.
  • Experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • A results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding goals.
  • Valid Driver's Licence and full Australian work rights.
