The roles offer involvement in end-to-end procurement activities, working across multiple projects and categories, with flexibility in how work is delivered and a clear pathway for development within a consulting environment.

Procurement Co delivers practical procurement, contract management, probity, and training services to clients across government and industry. Our team works across a wide range of projects, industries, and procurement categories, supporting clients from planning through to contract award and contract management.
We are an Australian-owned specialist procurement consultancy with offices in Brisbane and Melbourne and a team of around 50 permanent staff working with clients across Australia. Recently named one of Australia's Best Places to Work 2025, we are known for our practical, fit-for-purpose approach and our focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
We are not aligned to any one system, industry, or category, allowing us to tailor our approach to each client's needs.
Procurement Analyst (Graduate / Entry Level | 1-3 years' experience)
This role is suited to graduates or early-career professionals with experience in government or corporate environments who are looking to build a career in procurement consulting.
You will:
- Support strategic and operational procurement activities across multiple clients
- Assist with research, analysis, and preparation of procurement documentation
- Support market approaches, evaluations, and reporting
- Gain exposure to a wide range of industries, categories, and procurement processes
- Be supported through a structured development and progression pathway
Procurement Consultant (2-5 years' experience)
This role is suited to people currently working in procurement roles within government or the private sector who are seeking broader exposure and more varied work across industries and clients.
You will:
- Lead and manage end-to-end procurement processes
- Support and deliver procurement consulting projects across multiple clients
- Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide advice
- Prepare and review procurement documentation, evaluation reports, and recommendations
- Contribute to mentoring and supporting Analysts within the team
What You Can Expect
Working with Procurement Co means variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution. A typical week may involve:
- Running market approaches from planning through to contract award
- Meeting with stakeholders to gather requirements or provide advice
- Reviewing tender submissions and supporting evaluation processes
- Drafting evaluation reports, probity documentation, and procurement strategies
- Supporting business cases and contract management activities
- Balancing time between client sites, home, and the office
