Key Responsibilities:

As the Scheduling Officer you will:

  • Efficiently match skilled staff to clients for individual care plans
  • Ensure staff allocation aligns with availability, contracted hours, and regulations.
  • Promptly respond to new referrals and requests.
  • Maintain accurate data entry into the client management system.
  • Promote a positive organisational image with exemplary customer service.
  • Exercise sensitivity and confidentiality in stakeholder support, prioritising client dignity.
  • Collaborate with the team for an efficient Scheduling service, addressing inquiries and client requests.
  • Manage planned leave and relief staff for scheduled and unscheduled absences.
  • Effectively communicate schedule changes to various internal parties

  • Full-time availability and a reliable approach to work
  • The ability to stay calm and focused on time-sensitive situations
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Clear and confident communication, with a friendly and professional manner
  • Comfortable using technology, including scheduling systems and Microsoft Office
  • A respectful approach to handling confidential and sensitive information

    Someone who works well independently, but also values teamwork and collaboration
