**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, purchase, handle front desk
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with different departments to enhance HR and administrative processes.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Certificate or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in HR and administration, preferably in the disability or community services sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Pay: $64,492.95 - $66,000.00 per year
