About the Role

We're looking for a Dispatcher to join our team full-time.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient dispatch of whole goods and parts, keeping our operations running like clockwork.

You'll be hands-on — loading and unloading trucks, preparing whole goods for delivery, quoting and booking freight and unpacking incoming containers — all while maintaining high quality standards and a safe, organised yard.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and check whole goods ready for dispatch.
• Assemble small goods as needed before shipment.
• Carry out final inspections to ensure quality and completeness.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Quote and book freight
• Receive, verify, and unpack incoming goods (including container deliveries).
• Coordinate freight for Field Days and Events.
• Keep the yard clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.

What You'll Bring

• Previous dispatch or logistics experience (agricultural industry preferred).
• A current Forklift licence.
• An HR truck licence (highly regarded).
• Mechanical aptitude and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Great attention to detail and pride in doing the job right.
• The ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• A genuine commitment to safe work practices.
