The opportunity
Your role is to nurture meaningful, long-term relationships between Entertainment and our valued Fundraisers, with a focus on both retaining and growing membership sales within your portfolio.
Some of the things you will be involved in:
- Achieve your revenue target through retention and growth of membership sales within your portfolio
- Achieve weekly activity targets aligned to set KPIs (call, email and meeting rates)
- Nurture meaningful, long-term relationships with key Fundraising accounts
- Source new partnerships with fundraisers
- Conduct over the phone planning meetings to design an entire marketing campaign, set goals, educate and motivate Fundraisers
- Encourage Fundraisers to promote the Memberships at Fundraising events to increase sales and brand awareness
- Advise Fundraisers on the best use of their social media, emails, their website, and other digital strategies to support their Fundraising campaign
- Use print collateral effectively to support Fundraising efforts and increase their sales
- Coordinate regular Fundraiser email broadcasts, weekly phone communication and incentives for Fundraisers throughout the year
- Resolve client concerns properly and in a timely manner with complete follow through in accordance with Company policies. Also assist other team members with difficult clients, providing expertise in negotiation and overcoming objections
- Monitor competitive activity in the broader market
We are looking for you to bring:
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in account and/or client management
- A natural people person who enjoys engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
- Confident managing events and client relationships, both in person and online
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and maintain a regular communication schedule across all accounts
- High attention to detail and discipline in tracking, following up, and meeting client needs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
- Goal-driven with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong relationships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time-management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desirable Skills and Experience
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field is advantageous
- Familiarity with Entertainment's products and/or company is highly regarded
- Strong alignment with our core values: Community, Challenge, Courage, and Together
- Well-developed client relationship, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Confident public speaking and presentation abilities
- Experience managing key clients across both B2C and B2B sectors
