The Role

We're seeking a qualified Carpenter with 5+ years of post-apprenticeship experience, particularly with framing carpentry on high-end residential builds - finishing carpentry a bonus. You'll be working on architecturally driven new builds and additions across Sydney, with the opportunity to contribute to standout projects.

Whether you're ready to step into a more senior position or want to work closely within an experienced carpentry team, there's room to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out framing carpentry to a high standard across custom residential builds
  • Assist with general and finish carpentry tasks as required
  • Install internal and external doors, hardware, and architectural timber detailing
  • Read and interpret plans with precision and attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with site managers and fellow carpenters
  • Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to project timelines
  • Maintain a clean and professional worksite

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of post-apprenticeship carpentry experience
  • Proven experience in framing carpentry, ideally on high-end custom builds
  • Current White Card
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
  • Own tools
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team
