Kickstart Your Career – Community Skills Traineeships (Aged Care, Hospitality, Business)

Are you ready to take the next step in your career and gain real skills that lead to real jobs?

Clifton Community Health Services is proud to launch the next round of our Community Skills Program, proudly funded by the Queensland Government's Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative.

This program offers 6-month, full-time paid traineeships designed to set you up for success in industries that are crying out for skilled people.

We currently have:

  • 4 Traineeships in Aged Care – the first of their kind in Queensland Get hands-on experience, explore the nursing pathway, and decide if this rewarding career is right for you. Many of our past trainees have gone on to complete a Certificate III in Individual Support or even start a nursing degree.
  • 2 Traineeships in Hospitality – from cooking and meal preparation to logistics and cleaning. These skills can take you anywhere, from resorts and cruise ships to restaurants and motels.
  • 1 Traineeship in Business – always in demand and highly competitive. Learn the ropes of administration and business operations while opening the door to diverse career opportunities.
