At Mollison and Co. Pty Ltd, we are a well-established family business with generations of experience and expertise. Based in Dry Creek, we specialise in large scale commercial and industrial civil works.

We are seeking experienced machine operators including; Excavator, Skid Steer, Roller, HC / HR tandem truck drivers, all-rounder plant operators and civil labourers.

Due to ongoing company growth and upcoming projects, we have opportunities for experiencedmulti (desirable) or single skilled operators.

Positions available include:

  • HC / HR tandem truck drivers – Must be willing to also Labourer if required
  • Labourers
  • All rounder Machine Operators (Excavator, Skid Steer, Roller, Grader)

To be successful for this role:

  • Machinery tickets and proven experience
  • Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Great work ethic and attitude
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Work autonomously or with the team
  • Able to provide 2x current work references from the past 12 months
  • White Card
  • Rights to work in Australia
  • Relevant class drivers' licence
  • Must be willing to have random drug and alcohol tests.
