Customer Service is paramount in our business, and we pride ourselves in achieving excellent standards of customer satisfaction.

We have an opportunity for the right person to join our established Telesales team as a Customer Service Representative, based at our Rockingham site. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service experience and will be involved in day-to-day Telesales, customer service and communication with our established customer base.

This is a part-time position with the hours being:

8:00am - 1:00pm Monday to Wednesday

8:00am – 3:00pm Friday

What type of work will I be doing in this role? Everyday tasks include but not limited to:

  • Accurate processing of inbound orders via phone and email

  • Calling existing customers to confirm orders

  • Confirming web-based orders

  • Promoting new products, upselling and cross-selling where applicable

  • Responding to and resolving customer queries

  • General admin duties and sales support tasks
