Recruitment Implementation Lead

Job Summary

The Recruitment Implementation Lead is accountable for:

  • Gathering, validating and documenting customer requirements for new products.
  • Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements for the implementation of a Contracts Management Tool (VendorPanel CMT) across CSPD.
  • Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for improvements.
  • Identifying issues, risks and benefits of proposed solutions and outlining potential impacts.
  • Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood.
  • Use existing technical expertise in the development, implementation and testing of technical solutions.
  • Work closely with internal functional teams to support internal business transition and change or support customers to establish change for their new processes.
