ABOUT USABOUT THE ROLE
  • The technical development of fast bowlers across Cricket NSW male development programs
  • The implementation of a consistent technical, tactical, and physical development framework aligned with the Cricket NSW Performance Department
  • Providing technical support alongside the NSW Blues Lead Fast Bowling Coach to fast bowlers within the NSW Blues program
  • Identifying and developing the next generation of NSW fast bowlers
ABOUT YOUYou will have:
  • Cricket Australia Level 3 Coaching qualification (or equivalent)
  • Detailed understanding of contemporary fast bowling biomechanics
  • Extensive experience and knowledge specific to analysis and coaching of fast bowling from a technical perspective
  • Proven experience in coaching fast bowlers at a high-performance level
  • Proficiency in the use of video and data analysis tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire athletes of varying ages and abilities
  • High attention to detail with a growth mindset.
  • A commitment to continued professional development
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or be willing to acquire the same
  • First Aid & CPR certification
