We are a dynamic creative marketing agency based in Sydney, working across lifestyle, hospitality, and brand campaigns. We're looking for a skilled and passionate Video Editor to join our growing team and help bring our clients' stories to life through compelling, high-quality content.
About the Role

As our Video Editor, you'll be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging visual narratives that reflect each client's brand identity. You'll collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams on a range of projects — from social media campaigns and brand videos to event coverage and promotional content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for digital and social platforms.
  • Manage all aspects of post-production, including sound design, colour grading, and motion graphics.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to interpret briefs and deliver content that aligns with campaign goals.
  • Maintain an organised workflow and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adapt content to suit various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • (Bonus) Assist on shoots — capturing behind-the-scenes and on-location content when required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and brand tone.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with a strong visual sense and design awareness.
  • Experience in content creation for social media preferred.
  • Filming or production experience is highly regarded but not essential.
