Hunter & Barrel is firing up a brand-new location in Adelaide and we're on the hunt for experienced and passionate Grillers to bring it to life.

As a Griller, you'll be at the heart of the kitchen, working over live flame to prepare premium cuts with precision and consistency. You'll take pride in mastering the grill, ensuring every steak, skewer, and coal-fired dish is cooked to perfection and delivered with bold Hunter & Barrel flavour.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years experience on a flame or charcoal grill
  • Butchery and dry ageing experience preferred
  • Able to accurately work to standards and recipes
  • A genuine passion for food, people and the overall hospitality experience.
  • A Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification
  • Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
  • Ensure compliance with all OHS legislation (act and regulation)
  • Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster
