About the Centre

Our Sunnybank Hills centre is a stunning, purpose-built environment catering for 91 children (6 weeks to school age) across five modern learning rooms, each thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of every age group.

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Educator who's ready to take the next step in their early childhood career.

As a Senior Educator, you'll play a key role in shaping children's learning journeys while supporting and inspiring your team.

In this role, you will:

  • Create engaging, inclusive learning environments that nurture curiosity and growth
  • Lead by example, supporting daily practices and mentoring fellow educators
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team
  • Contribute to documentation and curriculum planning that aligns with EYLF, NQS, and QKLG
  • Support the centre to meet and exceed National Quality Standards

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
  • Current Blue Card
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
  • Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS and QKLG
  • A collaborative, positive attitude and a genuine passion for early learning
