Field Service Manager

About the role:
In this unique role as a Field Service Representative, you will work autonomously as well as being part of a caring and supportive team to service and grow your own territory. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with a Quick Service Restaurant background to work in our QSR division across NSW. Reporting directly to the District Manager, you will be responsible for providing QSR clients with cleaning and sanitation solutions, offering a personal and reliable service. The successful applicant will be expected to provide customers with product knowledge, including the installation and maintenance of equipment and training across the state. Crucially, you will also be expected to be available to travel 1 week out of each month, to build trusting relationships with our clients across these areas. The role has a strong emphasis on building relationships and providing sales support to our valued QSR customers.

Our ideal candidate may have:
Experience within the Quick Service Restaurant industry
Hands-on experience with basic hand tools
The ability to work autonomously with a clear customer focused orientation
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with our internal and external stakeholders
The drive and enthusiasm to succeed and provide solutions that add genuine value
Excellent presentation and organisation skills
A current Driver's License
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate, based upon Ecolab's extensive training program.
