Our mission is to educate and provide veterinary professionals with safe, legal, and reliable CBD options via prescription. As leaders in this growing industry, we partner with veterinarians and vet clinics, focusing on patient outcomes, industry education, and access to prescription medicinal cannabis.

About the Role:

Based in either Sydney or Brisbane, we are seeking a Veterinary Science Liaison to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for vet clinics across QLD, NSW, and SA, educating prescribers, supporting patient access to medicinal cannabis, and promoting PetCann's portfolio. This is a hybrid role with work-from-home flexibility, regular clinic visits, and interstate travel to manage the territory effectively.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with veterinarians and clinic staff
  • Educate veterinary professionals on the use of medicinal cannabis in practice and PetCann's offerings
  • Manage CRM – update records, track progress, and follow up on leads within set timeframes
  • Represent PetCann at conferences and industry events
  • Contribute positively to company culture, uphold WHS standards, and represent PetCann professionally

About You:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded professional with experience in the veterinary channel. Ideally, you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and demonstrate resilience and adaptability when priorities shift.

You will have a passion for animal health and the veterinary profession, with a genuine interest in medicinal cannabis as an emerging field.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous veterinary channel sales experience highly regarded
  • Strong business acumen, with a track record of developing territories, meeting/exceeding sales targets, and launching new products
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • A self-starter with resilience, adaptability, and a positive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Qualifications in veterinary science not required
