Job Description – Warehouse & Delivery Assistant

Position: Warehouse / Delivery

Employment Type: Part-Time, Full-Time, or Casual

Hours: 30–40 hours per week

Location: Lawnton Electrical & Solar Warehouse - Uni-Industries.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Delivery Assistant to join our team. This role involves a mix of warehouse duties and delivery tasks, ensuring that stock is managed efficiently and customers and our trades receive their orders on time.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
  • Load and unload stock and equipment safely.
  • Deliver products to customers or our trades in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Skills & Requirements

  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role (advantageous but not essential).
  • Physically fit and able to lift and move stock safely.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
