With continued expansion, Job Connect is hiring Factory Labourers for assembly positions based in Helensvale and Yatala.

Helensvale Site:

  • $34.39 per hour plus penalties for overtime and weekend work.
  • Ongoing training provided to strengthen your skills and support your career advancement.
  • Day shift: Monday – Friday starting 6:00am
  • Enjoy full-time hours and the chance for long-term career advancement

Yatala Site:

  • $32.31 per hour plus penalties for overtime and weekend work.
  • Early start, early knock-off giving you more time for the beach, family, or simply relaxing
  • Ongoing full-time hours – 38 hrs/week + occasional OT opportunities
  • Supportive, friendly team environment
  • Permanent career pathways available
  • All tools provided – no need to bring your own
  • Up-to-date facilities & hands-on training

To get off to a strong start, you'll need:

  • Must be physically fit and capable of lifting 20kg or more
  • Confident using hand and power tools with prior experience
  • Reliable transport is essential, as the site isn't accessible by public transport
  • Must have full Australian working rights and be currently residing in Australia
