About Us

SF Fabrications is a family-owned business based in Molendinar, specialising in Sheet Metal Fabrication. You'll be part of a close-knit team of 12, working in a supportive environment where no two days are the same.

About the Role

This is a hands-on and varied position where your tasks will include:

  • Loading and delivering items to job sites
  • Picking up materials from suppliers
  • Monitoring and checking all incoming material deliveries
  • Manage powder coat drop-offs and pick-ups efficiently
  • Delivering jobs to clients when needed varies from Southern GC to Sunshine Coast
  • Keeping the workshop clean and tidy
  • Assisting the factory team as required
  • Operating equipment
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current driver's license and confidence driving small light truck
  • A forklift license
  • Own reliable transport to get to work for 6am starts
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and good presentation
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to follow instructions
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A fit and healthy approach (role requires lifting and physical labour)
  • Experience in fabrication or sheet metal (preferred but not essential)
What We Offer
  • A full-time position after the successful completion of a 3-month qualifying period

  • Consistent working hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 6:00am to 3:00pm

  • Friday: 6:00am to 1:00pm
  • Occasional earlier starts may be required
