Explore Industries is a family-owned, dynamic, customer-focused manufacturing company based in Yatala on the Gold Coast. With offices on the Gold Coast and various locations within the USA we are one of the largest fibreglass pool manufacturers in the world exporting pools around the globe.

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Hands to join our team on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing various manual tasks relating to the manufacturing of fibreglass swimming pools
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Collaborating with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a factory or production setting, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work culture
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
