As part of the wider People & Culture team, our recruiters are strategic partners in scaling high-performing, world-class engineering teams.

Why join us?

Are you a seasoned technical recruiter ready to take full ownership of your craft in a fast-paced, high-impact environment? We're looking for a Talent Partner to embed directly with our engineering team and lead the end-to-end hiring process for complex technical roles. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with technical stakeholders, building meaningful candidate experiences, and shaping recruitment strategy through data and insight.

Strategic Ownership, Impactful Outcomes:
Own the full hiring lifecycle - from briefing to offer - for high-priority technical roles across engineering.

Partner with Engineering:
Collaborate closely with team leads and engineering managers to scope roles, shape hiring strategies, and deliver exceptional talent pipelines.

Data-Driven Talent Strategy:
Use talent market insights, sourcing analytics, and competitor research to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.

Innovate & Improve:
Help evolve how we hire through process optimisation, new sourcing strategies, and scalable hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for mid-to-senior engineering roles across multiple disciplines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft accurate and compelling job descriptions, define hiring criteria, and align on role priorities.
  • Drive advanced sourcing strategies to engage top-tier and passive talent through multiple channels, including talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to engineering stakeholders, providing regular updates, pipeline health reports, and market insights.
  • Maintain full ATS compliance, ensuring accurate data entry, tracking, and reporting.
  • Continuously improve recruitment workflows to increase efficiency, transparency, and quality of hire.
  • Represent Easygo at industry events and contribute to employer brand initiatives in partnership with the broader People & Culture team.
  • Mentor and support junior Talent Partners, sharing sourcing techniques, interviewing best practices, and insights on engineering talent markets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, ideally within high-growth tech or digital environments.
  • Proven track record recruiting for engineering roles (e.g., software development, DevOps, data engineering, product engineering).
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and advise mid-to-senior hiring managers.
  • Deep understanding of sourcing tools and platforms, including advanced Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping techniques.

Experience supporting or building employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience embedded within a product or engineering org.
  • Familiarity with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment reporting tools.
  • Experience working in or supporting startup or scale-up environments.
  • Understanding of software development workflows and technical skill sets.
  • Experience mentoring or onboarding junior recruiters.
