Warehouse Supervisor – Full Time

IMMEDIATE START | Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:00pm

Blessington Pty Limited is seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of our Seven Hills warehouse. This is a great role for someone who enjoys a steady, well-structured environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

You will supervise one warehouse team member and work closely alongside them, supporting daily tasks and ensuring the warehouse remains efficient, tidy, and compliant.

We're looking for someone hands-on, dependable, and proactive, with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the warehouse to ensure goods are received, packed, and dispatched efficiently.
  • Supervise, support, and train direct report to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Pick and pack orders according to daily priorities and warehouse KPIs.
  • Safely coordinate unloading and loading of containers.
  • Liaise with internal departments regarding stock levels, backorders, and dispatch needs.
  • Communicate professionally with external suppliers and contractors.
  • Maintain a clean, organised warehouse environment and ensure strong WHS compliance.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse or supervisory role.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Great communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of Work Health & Safety standards.
  • Strong organisational skills and a collaborative approach.
  • High attention to detail and consistency.
  • LF Forklift licence (essential).
  • Experience with SAP warehouse management systems is an advantage but not required.
