About the role

Village Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated new graduate Physiotherapist to join our team in Shellharbour, NSW. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional physiotherapy and rehabilitation services to our clients, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals. This is a full-time position (part-time options are available), with opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. One on one 30-60min client assessment and treatment for varying conditions
  2. Building and managing your caseload comprising of private, DVA, medicare, NDIS, workers compensation and third party clients
  3. Maintaining detailed client records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
  4. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, integrated care
  5. Educating clients on their conditions and empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation

What we're looking for

  1. Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  2. No experience needed - meaning New Grads - please apply
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and colleague
  4. Passionate about career, clients and ongoing learning/education
  5. Australian or New Zealand citizenship required for this position
