We are seeking applications for experienced Senor Base Cabin Crew to be based in Brisbane.

Job responsibilities:

  • Providing support and guidance to base Cabin Crews
  • Monitor Cabin Crew performance with attention to attendance, punctuality, inflight service delivery, uniform and grooming policies and customer service.
  • Monitor Cabin Crews compliance with electronic read and acknowledgement of Operational Notices and updates and amendments as required
  • Ongoing management of Cabin Crews in applicable base, including their performance and conduct.
  • Maintaining individual files for Cabin Crews (as agreed with FOM and HR).
  • Act as a point of contact for new or relocating Cabin Crews that are being recruited for the applicable base.
  • Conducting base meetings or other communication forums on a regular basis, as agreed with the FOM, to ensure clear and concise information flow to Cabin Crews.
  • Promoting and positively supporting departmental or company initiatives.
  • Base Administrative tasks as agreed with the manager.
  • Ensure Cabin Crews have all necessary ASIC, access cards, car park passes, uniforms, equipment and information required.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to highlight or resolve issues on areas relating to Cabin Crews e.g., Ground Operations, engineering.
  • Participate in Departmental meetings as required
  • Work with the FOM and other SBACOs across the Network in the development and review of Policies, Procedures and Manuals for continuous improvement and communication to Cabin Crews.
  • Ensuring his/her own rostering and proficiency related requirements are kept current; and ensuring all Company forms and documents are completed accurately and returned in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring standards/procedures are maintained to an optimum standard, including In-flight customer service standards
  • Understanding the enterprise agreement and fatigue risk management system. Ensuring the Cabin Crews team understands and operates within these agreements.
  • Sharing expertise to actively nurture positive working relationships
  • Review and action Safety Reports assigned by QAS.
  • Promoting and maintain a high standard of quality, safety and security compliance as required by the company Safety Manual System by all nominated staff.
  • Promoting safety & security reporting within Air Maestro by all staff.
  • Ensuring a high standard of OH&S and environmental compliance in accordance with state law and company policy.
  • As required, participation in Emergency Response. responsibilities as directed by the manager

Job requirements :-


• Previous Cabin Crew supervisory experiences is a must


•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills


•Ability to work within a rapidly changing and diverse environment.
