Critical to your success in this role will be an interest in starting a career in Office Administration. With minimum experience.
We are assisting one of our clients in recruiting an Office Administration Assistant to work in their office in the heart of Wahroonga Village.
Here is an opportunity to grow your office skills and become part of a busy, hardworking and close-knit team
Your day will be busy with a variety of tasks, including:

Answering incoming calls and handling queries
-
Liaising with the Clients
-
Maintaining databases
-
Supporting the team with a range of general office duties.
QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent written and spoken English
-
Accurate typing skills and a good sense of layout design

Familiarity with MS Office Suite
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

Ability to work both in a team environment and independently

Have a professional approach and a 'can do' attitude

Be well organized with a strong attention to detail

Use initiative and be flexible, with a willingness to jump in to help when needed

Be adept at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines

Be honest, reliable and enthusiastic.
On offer is a competitive salary, commensurate with your skills and experience. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm.
Car parking is available, or you can walk from the station.
This position is not suitable for students.
