About EPSA

We are a global family-owned business with over 60 years in the mining, civil and earth moving industry. Operating in several countries throughout the world, this opportunity as a qualified and experienced Maintenance Manager to join us in the Australian operation working at the Isaac Downs Mine in Moranbah, Queensland.

This role can be FIFO from Brisbane or BIBO from Mackay on a 9 day fortnight.

About the role:

  • Oversee project execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while prioritizing safety

  • Lead and develop a high-performing, solutions-focused team

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive project success

About you:

  • Mechanical Trades Qualification or relevant Tertiary Qualifications;
    experience in mechanical installation and maintenance in an underground mining environment;

  • Experience with managing a team of mechanical personnel;

  • Current First Aid & CPR qualifications;

  • Hold current Incident Cause Analysis Method (ICAM) qualifications;

  • Current working at heights qualification;

  • Strong leadership skills;

  • A drive for continuous improvement and innovation;

  • Solid planning and organisational skills to schedule and allocate works;

  • The ability to work well with others in a team environment as well as work unsupervised;

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written;

  • Able to prioritise and schedule tasks according to changing priorities

  • Ability to hold and maintain a national police clearance certificate;

  • Valid manual drivers licence;
