Campus Maintenance Manager

The role of a Facilities Coordinator is to oversee daily maintenance operations and supervise a small team in delivering minor facilities projects at one of our campuses.
Duties and Responsibilities- Oversight of maintenance schedules, supervision of contractors, management of resources, and support for campus events and minor works.
- Prioritization, delegation of tasks, and leadership by example to foster a positive and productive team culture with strong focus on communication and collaboration.
- Leadership in a physically active role involving grounds work, minor building maintenance, and outdoor tasks in all weather conditions, requiring adaptability, proactivity, and ability to manage competing demands while focusing on safety, service, and results.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience including prioritization, delegation, and coordination of daily maintenance activities while fostering a positive team culture.
- Strong trade skills and physical capability to perform hands-on operational tasks such as maintenance, repairs, and grounds work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety management strategies and relevant legislative requirements with commitment to safe work practices.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with ability to liaise effectively with diverse range of stakeholders and deliver high standard of customer service.
- Current Open Driver's License.
