As part of its strategic growth, the Brisbane office is now seeking a Construction Associate to join its dynamic team.

This role is ideal for a motivated lawyer who is ready to take ownership of their files and work with key client, all while receiving ongoing mentorship from industry-recognised leaders.

You'll join a highly regarded practice that is actively involved in some of the region's most high-profile infrastructure litigation matters. The role will see you acting for a prestigious client base including Engineering firms, Developers, Construction and Project Managers, Builders, Certifiers, and Valuers.

With a portfolio spanning both public entities and leading private companies across Australia, you'll become part of a dedicated team known for its strong industry reputation and deep expertise.

You will enjoy autonomy in managing your own caseload, free from micromanagement, and will regularly handle disputes involving Australian Standard Construction Contracts and adjudications under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act (BIFA).
