Aaron's Outdoor is expanding our installation network and we're looking for reliable, skilled carpenters to join our team and assist with projects across the state. You'll work across a diverse range of outdoor projects, including backyard studios, garden sheds, cubby houses, decking, and pergolas. Our product range also includes Bali huts and African thatches, with opportunities to assist in both new builds and re-thatching projects.

Experience with Colorbond cladding, roofing, and flashings, as well as Bluescope steel and timber frame structures is essential. Some installations, such as cubby houses and sheds, are pre-manufactured and shipped to site for assembly, while larger structures like studios and workshops are constructed entirely on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out carpentry work to a high standard, following best practice at all times
  • Read and interpret drawings and plans accurately
  • Communicate clearly with clients and Aarons Outdoor head office
  • Take responsibility for organising and completing multiple small jobs efficiently
  • Maintain safe work practices and uphold company standards on every site

Requirements and renumeration:

  • Must have a drivers licence + reliable vehicle (Able to travel all across Adelaide)

  • Must have a full tool kit

  • Must be reliable, punctual and professional

  • Must work well in a team environment and independently

  • Must have own ABN + insurance

  • Proof of carpentry qualification

  • Negotiated hourly rate $ reflective of skills, experience, tools & vehicle

This role would suit a sole trader or small team (e.g. qualified carpenter with an apprentice or labourer) We're looking to build long-term partnerships with trades who take pride in their work and are seeking on going subcontract work. Opportunities may extend into our commercial division depending on workload and availability.
