We're on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help us grow our B2B side to new heights
What You'll Do:
As our Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our B2B expansion. Your mission (should you choose to accept it) will be to build and nurture relationships with businesses, from high-end spas to physician skin clinics, and everything in between. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:
- Identify Opportunities: Seek out and identify potential business partners and clients who will benefit from our evidence based skincare.
- Cultivate Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring they receive incredible customer care and follow up.
- Strategize and Execute: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve our B2B sales targets.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer and product teams to align business development efforts with our overall company strategy.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Experience in a CRM such as Pipedrive or Salesforce.
