Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations, including scheduled and ad-hoc works, to ensure business continuity.

  • Oversee budgets and cost expenditure for facilities management, covering preventative and reactive maintenance.

  • Implement and monitor asset management to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

  • Conduct property condition audits and ensure preventative maintenance is effectively managed.

  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, innovations, and best practices.

  • Ensure safety measures are in place and align with legislative and compliance requirements.

  • Conduct risk assessments and proactively address hazards.

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships through regular engagement and collaboration.

  • Effectively manage client, landlord, and supplier relationships with a strong focus on customer experience.

  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting for facility operations.

About You:

  • Experience as a Facilities Manager, covering both Soft Services and Hard Services.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial property software systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A client-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on customer experience.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
