Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup Data Translator?

We are seeking a talented and driven Data Translator to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong commercial awareness to understand business challenges and opportunities, along with technical expertise in data science concepts and tools. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements, interpreting technical findings into actionable insights, and acting as a trusted advisor to business units

.

To be successful at Smartgroup you will have

• Strong commercial awareness to understand business challenges and opportunities.
• Technical expertise in data science concepts and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex ideas and build relationships.
• Project management skills to organise, prioritise, and manage projects effectively.
• Analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in data.
• Proficiency in SQL is a must.
• Experience in data analytics, project management, or related fields.
• Problem-solving skills to provide appropriate solutions.
• Experience in visualisation tools.
