Market Fair is expanding Join our brand new Preston store and lead Melbourne's most exciting retail experience.

Market Fair brings together over 300 vintage dealers, makers and local brands to create a unique shopping destination.

We are seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead our customer service team, support stallholders, maintain excellent store presentation, and oversee daily operations including rostering, budgets and promotional activity, all while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and support a high-performing sales team while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Oversee store presentation, visual merchandising, and day-to-day operations including rostering and budgets
  • Curate and manage stallholders to ensure a vibrant mix that drives sales and community engagement
  • Drive local marketing, social media, and continuous improvements while maintaining compliance and safety

What we are looking for

  • Proven management experience, or an assistant manager ready to step up
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills with a hands-on approach
  • Passion for vintage, handmade and supporting local business
