Behaviour Support Practitioner – Caringbah/ Cronulla

At Humanity Health Group, we're dedicated to improving quality of life for the individuals and communities we serve. We're seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in NSW. This is a hands-on, client-focused role where you'll make a real difference by supporting individuals with complex needs.

What you'll be doing
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored behaviour support plans
  • Implement and review plans, adjusting as needed for best outcomes
  • Provide training and guidance to families, carers, and support staff
  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated care
  • Maintain accurate client records and meet all compliance requirements
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay across best practice
What we're looking for
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • BSP Registered Practitioners
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based behaviour support approaches
  • Proven ability to achieve positive client outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a supportive team
  • Driver's licence and willingness to travel locally as required
