At Moreable, a registered NDIS provider we are dedicated to supporting people with disabilities of all ages and needs. Our passionate team offers personalized support, from physical and psychological disabilities to complex care and high physical needs. We provide a full range of NDIS supports, including support coordination, accommodation options, daily living assistance, complex care, social participation, and help accessing the NDIS. We partner with clients, families, hospitals, and crisis accommodation providers to create tailored plans that help achieve real goals and improve lives. Our team specializes in helping participants secure suitable accommodation, even before formal funding is in place.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Southbank, VIC. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with staff, marketing ,assisting in creating tailored support plans for clients, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines. The Assistant Manager will also handle administrative tasks, address client inquiries, and liaise with families, hospitals, and crisis accommodation providers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in overseeing daily operations and coordinating with staff
  • Ability to create and manage tailored support plans for clients
  • Strong administrative skills and experience in managing schedules
  • Knowledge of and compliance with NDIS guidelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals with disabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the healthcare or social services sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Healthcare Management, or related field
