Your Role in Our Team

You'll be a key part of our installationsteam, backed by a management team of people who genuinely care about your success. Whether you're refining your skills or stepping into battery installations for the first time, we've got your back.

  • No battery certification yet? We'll cover the cost and provide in-house training.
  • Safety-first culture — no pressure to cut corners or risk your license.
  • Team-focused environment — work alongside apprentices and trade assistants with shared goals and rewards.

What You'll Need

  • SAA Solar Accreditation
  • SAA Battery Accreditation
  • Current A Grade Electrical License
  • White Card
  • Working at Heights
  • Previous Solar & Battery Installation experience
  • Ability to lead and support apprentices or trade assistants

Bonus Skills (Advantageous but not essential):

  • Electrical Contractor's License
  • CPR Certification (within 3 years)
  • High Risk Work License (WP)
  • Experience with Alpha ESS, Sigenergy, Redback Technologies
