Your Skills & Experience    

To be successful in these roles, you will bring:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with relevant experience in similar HR roles
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and best practices
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior HR functions and leadership teams
  • Solid operational HR capability, including handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations
  • Experience managing workers' compensation, non-work-related illness/injury cases, redeployment, and fitness-for-work assessments
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to professional development, with a focus on fostering diversity and workplace flexibility
  • A resilient, proactive, and positive approach to challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong systems proficiency
  • The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation
