Founded in 2019, Intrepid Scaffolding was established to meet the growing demand for skilled scaffolding labour across South East Queensland. After steady growth across the commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors, we're expanding our crew to support a pipeline of upcoming projects.


About the Role

We're seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team in various capacities—from general labourers to experienced scaffolders and supervisors.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be keen, fit, and reliable
  • Have reliable transport
  • Hold current and relevant scaffolding tickets/qualifications
  • Be willing to learn and work collaboratively
  • Share your knowledge and experience with junior team members
  • Operate professionally, following all site rules, procedures, and safety systems
  • Be competent with Kwikstage, Cuplok, Ringlock, and Tube & Clip scaffolding systems
Preferred (but not essential):
  • Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Induction
  • SARC and WET certifications
  • CAT 3 Medical
  • Working at Heights ticket
  • Confined Space certification

Positions Available

We're hiring for multiple levels of experience:

Labourers
  • Strong work ethic, reliable, and eager to learn
Scaffolders
  • Experience valued but not essential—attitude and work ethic come first
Leading Hands
  • Proven ability to support the supervisor, lead small teams, and ensure safe, efficient job completion
Supervisors
  • Demonstrated success in delivering commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects
  • Ability to lead teams while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity
  • References required
