TOP UP SCAFFOLD IS HIRING NOW

We're on the lookout for Scaffolders, Team Leaders & Labourers to join our growing crew, servicing projects from the Gold Coast through to Brisbane.

We are seeking experienced all-round Scaffolders, but Labourers eager to work hard and grow in the industry are also encouraged to apply.

What we're looking for:

Physically fit and capable of working safely on outdoor building sites

Flexible with working hours to meet project demands

Ability to lead and motivate a team (Team Leader roles)

Commitment to working safely and efficiently

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Bring a positive "can-do" and "how can I help" attitude
  • Have strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Understand and follow OH&S policies and procedures

Minimum requirements:

  • Valid construction induction card (White Card)
  • Current driver's licence + own vehicle
  • Smart phone
  • Own scaffolding tools & PPE
  • Basic Scaffolding ticket
