STAR SCAFFOLDS is seeking an experienced Scaffold Leading Hands and Labourers to join our dynamic team in Gold Coast working from our Burleigh Heads Office.

As a Leading Hand or Labourer, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our scaffolding projects around the Gold Coast region.

We are eager to welcome Qualified Scaffolders of all experience levels to the team and are also keen to hear from those ready to step up into Leading Hand roles.

Minimum Requirements:

- Scaffold Basic (essential)
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Current valid unrestricted driver's licence
- MR/HR Truck Licence (highly favorable)
- Ability to read and interpret scaffolding plans

We’re seeking a motivated and confident Scaffolder with the drive to lead onsite, guide less experienced crew members, and set a high standard for safety and productivity. As a Leading Hand, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

We are looking for experienced scaffolders to work as Leading Hand and run their own crew. Start and Finish from Burleigh Heads Shed (no car required) with a competitive salary package and Leading Hand incentives.
