About the role:
This is a casual role, with flexible opportunities across 24/7 day roster, providing support to our guests, paid at hourly rate plus a fixed above award travel allowance. We are blessed with very low turnover and a great team, opportunities to join our team are rare, if you are looking for a great fit and career supporting people with disabilities, we want to hear from you
Rosters are provided fortnightly in advance. You are in control of your availability, so you can achieve a REAL work/life balance Ideally you will have a mixture of day/night, weekday and weekend availability.
Our shifts have a minimum engagement of 3 hours, though are more often longer and encompass various types of shifts such as Community (community access & engagement support), Short Term Accommodation (STA) respite and Supported Independent Living (SIL), supporting people with an intellectual disability.

About you:
You are passionate about providing the best possible care and experiences to the people you work with, caring is your profession, not just a job.
To be considered for interview this role you will need:
- 6 months + relevant experience in Disability or educational setting preferred, hold a Cert 2 Individualized Support or Cert 2 Disability or be willing to obtain.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Current NDIS Workers Screening and willing to engage in further skills development
- Unrestricted Australian driver's license
- Comprehensively Insured, reliable 4 door vehicle to transport guests for community access
- Person centred approach, engaging empathy, support and guidance with diligence, integrity, respect and safety for your guest's best experience.
- Collaborative approach to your role and the team, contributing with person-centered approach, accountability and respect.
- Self-managed positive and proactive approach must apply diligence to all documentation, standards and policies.
- Ability to manage time and work resources effectively and efficiently.
- Effective Communication, written, verbal and non-verbal.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, adherence to WHS standards.
