About the Role
As a Banking Consultant, you'll deliver seamless in-branch customer experiences by supporting financial transactions, engaging in needs-based conversations, and educating customers on banking solutions—including digital tools. You'll use your product knowledge and accreditation to fulfil customer needs while providing exceptional service that builds strong advocacy for ANZ.
You'll work collaboratively with your team, acting as a role model and peer coach, and stay committed to ANZ's Customer Promises. As banking evolves, you'll have opportunities to learn, grow, and shape your future with us.

Work Hours: 32hrs/Week
Rostered Hours:
Monday: 09:00 AM - 04:15 PM (30 minutes Break)
Tuesday: 09:30 AM - 04:00 PM (30 minutes Break)
Wednesday: 09:15 AM - 04:00 PM (30 minutes Break)
Thursday: 09:15 AM - 04:00 PM (30 minutes Break)
Friday: 09:00 AM - 04:15 PM (30 minutes Break)
Saturday: 00 hours
Sunday: 00 hours
Total Hours: 32 hours
What will your day look like?
As a Banking Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:
Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy and create real customer value
Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives
Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective
Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage
- Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage
- Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
- Sound understanding of compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
