About the role

We are seeking an experienced Laser Hair Removal and Beauty Therapies Clinic Manager to join our team at Professional Laser Clinic in Merrylands, NSW. This full-time role will be responsible for the smooth operation and management of our busy laser hair removal and beauty treatments clinic.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Perform laser hair removal and beauty therapy treatments to a high standard, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Order and manage stock and supplies for the clinic
  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Assist with the implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive new business
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualifications in laser hair removal, beauty therapy, or a related field

Minimum one year experience working as a laser hair removal and beauty therapist

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive client experience

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology
