We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers (male or female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients who present with behaviours of concern and providing community access support.

About the Role:

You will be supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their personal goals, participate in community activities, and maintain a safe and positive environment. This role requires patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with behaviours of concern using positive behaviour strategies
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities and community access
  • Promote independence, dignity, and inclusion
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the team

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting clients with behavioural needs
  • Experience providing community access support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current First Aid/CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support)
  • A caring, reliable, and professional attitude

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 16 per week
