As an Assistant Lounge Manager at one of our premier Airport Lounges in Brisbane Airport, you'll host travelers from around the world, providing a relaxing, luxurious escape. Enjoy a vibrant, fast-paced environment with stunning views, serving snacks and drinks, and working alongside passionate professionals. It's the perfect role for those who love hospitality, travel, and making others' journeys memorable

The Position:

  • Provide hands on leadership and management support at an operational level
  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of services in an airport lounge environment
  • Monitor and ensure food quality, service standards & initiatives, food & workplace safety, management systems, processes & procedures are implemented, measured and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve ongoing improvements
  • Attract, develop and retain the best talent in the industry through continuous improvement and training

The Person:

  • RSA and Approved Manager
  • Current or previous managerial experience in a premium hospitality setting
  • Strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level clients
  • Leadership skills to build, train, and motivate effective teams
  • Great energy, flexibility, and professional presentation in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations

An ASIC security clearance will be required (We will provide)

A flexible approach to your working hours will be required. Our Lounges are open 7 days a week.
