Litigation Associate/Senior Associate

About the role:

  • Engage in a diverse range of disputes including but not limited to: complex contractual and commercial disputes, claims under the Australian Consumer Law, the Corporations Act and ASIC Act, professional negligence and directors and officers liability claims, property damage claims, indemnity disputes, regulatory and disciplinary investigations and prosecutions, and construction and mining and resources disputes (including on significant Australian infrastructure projects).
  • Represent local, national and international companies (private and listed), government agencies, insurers and high net worth individuals.
  • Work with Doyle's Guide listed Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Partner as well as a further Partner and Special Counsel.

The ideal candidate:

  • Associate to Senior Associate level (2+ PQE) with prior commercial/insurance litigation experience.
  • Exceptional communication, drafting and client management skills.
  • Good under pressure, personable, strong work ethic and eager to learn and take ownership of matters.
