Assistant Manager or Manager - National Mid-Tier Exposure: Adelaide

This is a high-impact leadership role in a national brand that's growing its presence in Adelaide.

You'll take ownership of workflow, develop junior staff and manage client relationships across family groups, private companies and investment vehicles.

What you'll be responsible for


• Reviewing tax returns, financials and group consolidations


• Delivering strategic advice on structuring and forecasting


• Leading and mentoring a tight-knit team


• Working with Directors on new client initiatives and growth


• Providing feedback and development plans for team members

Ideal candidate profile


• CA/CPA qualified


• 5+ years in public practice


• Proven experience with compliance and advisory


• Team-first mindset with clear communication skills
